Not all owls have to be cables. For this slouchy hat, the lacy pattern resembles the faces of little Eastern Screech-owls with their tufted “ears.” Knit in light fingering weight yarn, this hat makes a great fall or spring transitional hat.
This pattern includes full written directions for lace as well as charts, so you can choose which you prefer! Pattern also includes note for making a shorter, beanie-style version.
